«Volev» company produces complex of equipment for the production of bricks based on a hydraulic press force of 1600 kN (160 tf).
Complex includes:
- section of mixture preparation (rod mixer, dosing device, conveyor);
- hydraulic press with bunker and feeder;
- line of removal and stacking of the finished product.
Bilateral compression of building products allows to create high unit pressurewhich results to high quality bricks and does not require subsequent sintering (dry pressing).
