Equipment for laminating sheets of particleboard and plywood

«Volev» offers two types of technological lines for chipboard and plywood laminating on the basis of single-span short cycle press, which include:

- receiving roller which feeds piles of height up to 560 mm;

- hydraulic lifting table;

- pneumatic pusher, supplying sheets from the lift table to brush machine;

- bilateral brush machine;

- under stack movable table (upper and bottom) for a film stack of height up to 250 mm;

- device, feeding sheet into press;

- short-cycle one-storey hydraulic press for hot lamination;

- vacuum unloader;

- sorting roller;

- Vacuum stacks handler with rotary mechanism for quality control of the lower surface of the sheet;

- Three rollers for finished products.
