Composition of press with pressing mechanization and pre-press with mechanization of loading and unloading operations
1. Transporter of loading and unloading - for receiving of a stack of sheets and simultaneous pre-press unloading and loading.
2.Pre-press (force – 5000kN, individual pump hydraulic drive)
3.Output roller – for receiving a stack of pre-pressed sheets and their supply to the lifting roller.
4.Lifting roller – for lifting of sheets stack to the level of supply of top sheet to shelving loading mechanism.
5. Shelving loading mechanism – for storey-loading of shelving.
6.Loader – for press loading and pushing glued plywood from the press at the end of the pressing cycle. Loader includes loading shelving.
7.Mechanism holding sheets – to hold the pre-pressed sheets on heating press plates when returning tablet in loading shelving.
8. 20-storey hydraulic press (force - 8000 kN, individual pump hydraulic drive).
9.Unloading shelving – for receiving glued plywood during press unloading.
10.Discharge device – for storey unloading of unloading shelving.
11.Lifting accumulative roller – to form a plywood stack.
12. Under stack roller – for receiving a stack of plywood from discharging mechanism and its subsequent transportation by means of workshop mechanization.
Composition of section of sheets assembly
1. Under stack lifting table (2 pcs) – for veneer stack lifting on the level of supply to glutinous roll machine.
2. Glutinous roll machine (2 pcs) – 4-roll with dosing rolls and glue circulation system.
3. Circular transporter (2 pcs) – for veneer feed from glutinous rolls to sheet assembling table.
4.Lifting table (2 pcs) – lifting hydraulic table, on which manual assembly of sheets is performed with subsequent transfer of the stack on the conveyor.
5.Conveyor – for transporting a stack of sheets to the feed conveyor.
6.Feed conveyor – for supplying stack of sheets to the pre-press conveyor.
Capacity – 2 stacks.7.Drive roller (3 pcs) – for veneer placing. Roller located in the middle provides possibility of moving spare stack of veneer to both places of sheets assembly.
